The session will examine the key international legal and policy instruments shaping health outcomes globally, with a special focus on the role of the World Health Organization (WHO)
in setting norms and standards. This includes an exploration of global health conventions, regulations, and other key WHO-led mechanisms.

About the speaker
Hratchia Lylozian is a medical doctor and public health professional, currently serving as a Research Associate at the Center for Health Services Research and Development, Turpanjian College of Health Sciences. His work spans research, policy, and program management, with a focus on strengthening resilient health systems, advancing healthcare policy, and supporting crisis response.
