This 75-minute class combines the stillness of Yin Yoga with the deep restoration of Yoga Nidra, offering a complete nervous-system reset.
We begin with long-held, floor-based Yin postures designed to gently open the body, release tension, and cultivate inner quiet. Each pose is supported and spacious, giving you time to soften, breathe, and listen inward.
We then transition into Yoga Nidra: a guided lying-down meditation often described as “yogic sleep.” This practice invites the whole body to relax deeply while the mind remains quietly aware. Through body scanning, breath awareness, and visualisation, Yoga Nidra helps dissolve stress, restore energy, and create a state of peaceful clarity.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking calm, introspection, and replenishment. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner wanting a deeper reset.
