This 30-minute small group session offers a calm, welcoming space to slow down and reconnect. Each week we explore simple practices to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and return to yourself.
Some weeks we’ll focus on breathwork to clear and balance your energy, other weeks on guided journaling to spark insight and intention. Every session closes with a soothing guided meditation so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.
No movement, no experience needed — simply come as you are.
Come straight from your 430 pm Yin class, or join just for the pause.

Time: Mondays 5:30–6:00 pm
Price: $10 drop-in, or FREE when attending the 430 pm Yin that day
What to bring: Journal & pen for reflection; nothing special for breathwork
