Theme: Release & Renewal

Under the Corn Moon — and the rare energy of a lunar eclipse — this 75-minute practice invites deep release. We begin with grounding Yin postures to soften the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra to rest in stillness and clear old patterns. This is a time to let go of what no longer serves, creating space for fresh beginnings as spring unfolds.

Suitable for all levels. No experience required.

Time: Monday 6–7:15 pm
Price: $20 per person
