Performing Arts CPD Day

Join us for the day at Westlands Entertainment Venue as we bring together our core practitioners Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Wise Children and Motionhouse to offer CPD sessions during the day.

This will enable educators an opportunity to take part in sessions focussed on music composition, devising for theatre, dance and movement throughout the day. We will hear from keynote speakers in education including the Cultural Education Network and University West of England and find out more about the Creative Learning and Education Programme partnership between Somerset schools and Octagon Theatre & Westlands Entertainment Venue.

Alongside the CPD sessions there will an opportunity to meet teachers and creative facilitators from schools across Somerset, the day is open to teachers, TAs, SLT and those working within creative arts in education.

Course Fee: £25 per teacher
Times: 9am - 4pm
