~Heart Light~ is a healing ceremony where we honor the story of our heart, while letting go of what feels heavy on our heart so that our hearts can feel lite as a feather and be open to shine the light of love!
This ceremony will be self-led ~ materials will be provided with sings prompting you with instructions, but you can go at your own pace and this opportunity will be open to you for the whole 2 hours.

Feel free to bring a lawn chair, yoga mat, or blanket to rest on while enjoying the sound bath held at the yellow spring in Glen Helen nature preserve, located in yellow springs Ohio.
Bring anything that your body may need to be comfortable, we will be outside & it is a short / easy hike to the springs.
