Together we’ll explore the essential building blocks of yoga: breath, alignment, and foundational postures so you can step into any class feeling steady and supported. Each week, you’ll:
⚡️Learn safe alignment in key poses and how to adapt them for your body.
⚡️Discover how to use props as tools for support and empowerment.
⚡️Practice simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and focus attention.
⚡️Build strength and flexibility while honoring your own pace. Cultivate trust in your body, your practice, and your progress.
At the end of the series, participants will be offered a discounted 10-class pass for only $119, so you can continue your practice with consistency and confidence. No experience, flexibility, or special equipment required- just curiosity and a willingness to begin.
