Refund Policy

All spectator (auditor) tickets purchased for clinics at Wildcroft Equine Education Centre are non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another spectator. You are responsible for arranging the transfer and notifying the organiser of the name change prior to the clinic.

In the unlikely event that the clinic is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered either:

  • A transfer of your ticket to a future clinic, or
  • A refund issued at the organiser’s discretion.

By purchasing a spectator ticket, you agree to these terms.
