Samhain Mugwort Ceremony and Sound Journey

Join us for a beautiful evening of weaving plant wisdom, sound and ritual as we explore the gifts of Mama Mugwort, a plant long cherished in folk tradition for dreaming, intuition and protection.

We will start the evening by gathering in ceremony with the medicine of Mama Mugwort, setting our intentions before being lead into a relaxing breathwork practice and then journeying with a sacred sound immersed in the powerful energy of this day Saturday 1st November.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, bottle of water, your journal and pen and a heart full of joy. Please wear comfortable clothes.
