FDFT 12k Memory Walk

Our partners of the Ferndown Dementia Friendly Town are embarking on a 12k walk 🚶🚶‍♀️‍➡️

Starting at Cherry Tree Nursery, then stopping by Parley Place Care Home for a breakfast bap 🍳, onto Ferndown Manor Care Home, A E Jolliffe & Son Funeral Directors (The Douch Family) 🍬

Then stopping at Bridgewater Care for refreshments 🍵, then onto Ferndown Community Support, Kings Park Care Home, Fernhill Dementia Care Home, finishing at our allotment site in Longham, Ferndown for a welcome lunch provided by Fernhill Care Home 🥪

All of the above will have staff/volunteers or even residents taking part, so please do keep an eye out for us walking by and give us a 👋
