Delivered by Carmen Quade from AgriFocused, a small rural based training and business specialising in the Agribusiness industry. Focused on training that supports individuals and businesses to capitalise on opportunities and overcome challenges.

In this workshop we look at strategies, tools and tips to speed up the office work and specifically address how best to use Xero in a farm business.

The Xero component of the workshop will be hands on, with participants encouraged to bring a laptop and try out the suggestions in their own set of books or in the demo mode.

• Emailing invoices to Xero
• Attaching statements to line items
• Hubdoc & Dext Demo
• Batch payments
• Rules - when to use them and when not to
• Reconciling
• Using items to track inventory (fuel, fert, grain etc)
• Reporting using custom reports
