For the past three years, our Sunday SoundState Breathwork and Friday Gentle Breath + Sound Healing classes have provided incredible results for hundreds of participants, each offering its own unique benefits.

This session is a carefully crafted journey, blending the energising and uplifting elements of up-regulated breathwork with the calming, restorative power of down-regulation breathwork and sound healing. The result? The most balanced, profound, and rejuvenating experience we’ve ever created.

1. Introduction: Meet your Facilitators
2. Grounding Sound Healing & Meditation (30 Minutes): Start with a serene sound bath to set the tone for your experience.
3. Up-regulated Breathwork (30 Minutes): Guided breath techniques to awaken your energy, release stress, and connect deeply to your emotions.
4. Down-regulated Breathwork & Sound Healing (30 Minutes): A soothing transition to calm your body and integrate the emotional work.
5. Sharing Circle (20 Minutes): Reflect and connect with others, sharing insights and experiences in a supportive, sacred space.
