We will begin with a nourishing mixed level Hatha Yoga practice,
then settle into a deep and soothing soundscape experience. The theme of Transitions & Positive Change will be explored featuring an incredible collection of exotic instruments including the Water, Fire, Divine Feminine, Mercury, & Jupiter Gongs.
Bring a blanket and a pillow.
