Join us, in collaboration with Mindful AF, for a restorative 60-minute sound healing journey that weaves together sound, breathwork and meditation to calm the nervous system, ease mental chatter, and restore a sense of inner peace and balance. Whether you’re new to sound healing or looking to deepen your practice, this experience is designed to nourish both body and mind, guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation. You will have uninterrupted views of our vines and the luscious green rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. After your sound healing experience, head to our 1309 restaurant where you can enjoy a nutritious Balgownie buffet breakfast.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, cushion (for under the head or knees), and water. Optional – eye mask. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get yourself comfortable for the session to start at 8:00am.
