Join me for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath Experience on Friday 5th September in the main hall at Shrublands Youth & Adult Centre, Magdalen Way, Gorleston NR31 7BP

Start Time - 7pm arrive about 6.45pm
Cost - £12 per person
Location - Main Hall, Shrublands Youth & Adult Centre

Immerse yourself in a soothing journey of sound and vibration designed to calm the mind and nourish the soul. Whether you're new to sound healing or a regular, this is your chance to unwind and reset.

Please bring a blanket and pillow for your own comfort or anything you need to feel comfortable, along some drinking water.
