Join Run to Wellbeing, a new group designed to help you improve your fitness, boost your mental health, and connect with nature. This is a space for everyone, regardless of your running ability—it's about giving back to yourself and others!
Just a friendly reminder: participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Sessions are £5 per person, with all proceeds going to Fulfilment in Nature to help us create more community projects right here in Norfolk.
We run twice a week, every Monday and Wednesday, with three different checkpoints and flexible times to fit your schedule:
6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Each checkpoint is just over a mile, so you can choose to run one section or the entire route.
