Classes take place on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month (starting 23rd January), from 9:30am–10:15am at Kingsgate Community Centre, for just £5.
Class sizes are kept small so the focus stays on you, while also creating a calm, non-overwhelming environment for little ones.
