Glorious Forms

Inclusive community dance companies Dance Moves You and In Cahoots invite you to join them for a sharing of their latest work that celebrates dancing bodies in all their glorious forms.

Following the performance there will be tea and cake, and the option to stay for an informal workshop. This workshop, accessible to everybody, will give you an insight into how the companies work. With a chance to learn some choreography and experience the joys that moving together can bring.
