Therapeutic Writing Group

Enhance your emotional well-being and connect with others through writing at the Yankton Community Library. Join our free Therapeutic Writing Group on Saturday, October 18, at 10:00 AM. This monthly gathering is open to adults 18 and older—no registration or prior attendance required!

Led by Licensed Professional Counselor Keley Smith-Keller, Ed.D., the group explores the intentional use of life-based writing to support emotional health. Through guided prompts, you’ll have the chance to organize your thoughts and experiences, recognize patterns in your feelings and behaviors, and discover how journaling can boost both mood and overall well-being.
