Meditation Group

Meditation is for everyone—whether you’re just beginning or have years of practice. Join the Yankton Area Meditation Group on Thursday, March 19, at 6:30 pm for this month’s session. Together, we’ll explore exercises to relax the body and quiet the mind, followed by a Q&A.
