Join us in the Sunshine Coast for a new experience of connecting with your inner power through the breath and other mindfulness practices.
This is a gentle, yet informative and educational session for everyone, where you will not just experience the power of your own breath, you will learn tools and techniques you can take home to increase your wellbeing, release stress, increase energy and manage challenging situations at home, work or life in general.
You will experience a gentle body awareness meditation to reconnect and drop into your body, a breathwork journey (about 30-40 mins), a sound healing journey that includes healing mantras played with harmonium, and a brief mindfulness talk, where we share tools to improve the quality of your life.
We are also building community and connecting people. Most attendees become regulars and make this session part of their Sunday's routine. After the session we go for coffee or breakfast at the local cafe Gun Cotton, where we connect, make friendships and share our experiences.
