New Moon Women's Circle

Join us for a moment of community and connection to the cycles of the natural world. The New Moon is an ideal time for intention setting and reflection as well as releasing anything we do not need to catapult us into our divine uncovering.

This session will include journaling, discussion, mindful breath, somatic and energetic revival yoga, guided meditation + hypnosis. Our theme will mirror the theme for Ladies Night "In Bloom", layered with imagery of cultivating the seeds of awareness to acknowledge all that we are : ENOUGH.
