Roebling Brass Collective

Northminster Music Series is pleased to present the third and final concert of the 2025–26 season, featuring the Roebling Brass Collective (RBC) on Sunday, February 15 at 3:00 PM.

Based in Cincinnati, the Roebling Brass Collective is a newly formed brass ensemble made up of musicians who have performed together in a wide range of ensembles for more than a decade. Northminster audiences may recognize trumpeters Aaron Boyle and Jon Wiseman from our Christmas Eve and Easter Brass, joined by Natalie Sweasy (French horn), Dr. Louis Seltzer (trombone), and Andrew Jones (tuba).

With a mission to offer a fresh perspective on brass ensemble music, RBC captivates listeners through a rich variety of musical styles and influences. This program will feature selections including Mozart’s Overture to The Magic Flute, Bach’s Sheep May Safely Graze, and works by LaFosse and Calvert, among others. The ensemble will also perform two pieces in collaboration with Northminster’s organist, Karen Balogh.
