Nathan Denison House Open House

Join us on August 31, 2025 at the Nathan Denison House, 35 Dennison Street, Forty Fort, for an Open Hose from 1pm - 4pm. Take a guided tour of the 1790 historic home, and learn about the life and times of Col. Nathan Denison, Revolutionary War soldier and early Luzerne County Judge.

Also on display will be several Denison family artifacts from the LCHS archives, including a family sewing sampler, as well as letters and other ephemera from the Colonel.

Admission to the open house is $5 for adults, $3 for children, and LCHS members are free. Reservations are not required. For more info, call 570-823-6244 x3.
