New Student Workshop
A welcoming introduction to Yogadāna and our approach to practice.

This workshop is designed for those who are new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply wanting a clear and supportive place to begin. You’ll be guided through gentle movement, breath, and an overview of our class structure so you can feel confident choosing classes that support you.

This experience is about easing in, asking questions, and reconnecting with your body in a way that feels grounded and approachable.
