We are excited to invite you to come see the incredible progress at Jericho Village—a new attainable housing community that is now 90% complete! Our first residents are expected to move in at the beginning of 2026, and we would love for you to be part of this exciting journey.
Jericho Village is designed to expand access to safe, stable, and desirable housing in Collin County, serving hardworking individuals and families in our community. This 38-unit family-home community will offer:
-Permanent Supportive Housing
-Income-based rent
-Onsite supportive services
-Open to men, women, and families
-Ideal for teachers, civil servants, first responders, and other low-income career professionals
-60% of units for households earning under 50% AMI
-95% of units for households earning under 80% AMI
