Boo on Ballard

Trick or Treat on Ballard Ave. from Hwy. 78 to Brown St. in historic downtown Wylie on Oct. 23, 6 - 8 pm. Local merchants and non-profit organizations are ready to hand out tons of candy to all our little ghouls and goblins. Parking, admission, and candy are free!
