Forest of Stars - a forest bathing and mindful stargazing mini-retreat

Join me a forest bathing and mindful stargazing mini-retreat this October in Sussex, UK.

Cost: £65 (light supper and tea included)

A retreat including guided practices of wonder and awe, beginning with an immersion into our immediate environment in the forest, and gradually expanding further and further outwards to the edges of the Universe.

With amazing forest bathing guide Helena Skoog and me.

No previous experience in stargazing or mindfulness needed.
