About the event

Mindfulness Mondays With Tom
Starting this week, join Tom for Mindfulness Mondays. Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present without passing judgement on the experience. It allows us to cultivate better emotional regulation which brings the benefits of peace, less stress, and acceptance. This 30 minute class will include meditation and mindfulness techniques. Cost is $5 and class starts at 6pm.
