Food Fermentation Workshop

Join us at Grovedale for a hands-on Food Fermentation Workshop led by Sarah Wilbur! In this interactive evening class, you’ll learn how to create your own gut-healthy holiday side dish—just in time for the season. You'll be making Holiday Kraut and Fermented Cranberry Relish, both perfect additions to your festive table.
Class Includes:
A glass of Grovedale wine
Small plate of bites made with fermented foods
Fresh ingredients to customize your jar
All fermentation supplies: quart mason jar, flat lid, band, pickle pipe
Take-home pamphlet with recipes, instructions, and tips
Please Bring:
Your favorite kitchen knife
An apron
