Food Fermentation Workshop

Join us at Grovedale for an interactive workshop led by Sarah Wilbur, where you’ll learn how to turn fresh garden veggies into a gut-healthy fermented treat. This 2-hour class is the perfect way to make the most of this year’s harvest and take home skills you can use all season long.
Be sure to select your desired recipe—sauerkraut or salsa—when registering.
Class Includes:
A glass of Grovedale wine
Small plate of bites made with fermented foods
Fresh vegetables to customize your jar
All fermentation supplies: quart mason jar, flat lid, band, pickle pipe
Take-home pamphlet with recipe, instructions, and tips
