Wrocław Kendo Gasshuku

We warmly invite to an unique kendo-adventure, in the middle of summer - to Wrocław, #themeetingplace

Markus Frey sensei, the leader of Wrocław Kendo Gasshuku:
“The seminar is focused on refining your kendo. The training will emphasize proper form, spirit, and the mindset needed for both everyday practice and successful gradings.
There will be not only physical training but also a lecture on how to prepare for gradings and improve your kendo. Open jigeiko sessions will give you the chance to learn from a variety of partners and deepen your personal kendo.”

Wrocław Kendo Gasskuhu:
- Trainings that will increase your knowledge and level of kendo.
- An unique atmosphere of shared moments inside the training hall and outside it.
- Theoretical and practical preparation for kendo exams.
- Dedicated to kenshi 15+ y.o. (practising in bogu), with a limit of 70 places.
- Each group of 10-12 people will train under the supervision of a pair of sensei.
- Some of the training sessions will be separate for girls.
- We invite 7th and 6th dan sensei to support us in conducting trainings, in this case participation in Gasshuku is free of charge. Please contact me priv.
