Sunset SUP Yoga at Wrightsville SUP

Join us for the Sunset SUP Yoga as we paddle, flow, and play, building the ultimate connection with yourself and with the water at golden hour!

When:
Three week series!
September 9, 16, and 23
from 6:15-7:45PM

On land, our seasoned SUPY teacher will briefly review the fundamentals of paddle boarding and water safety. Then we will warm up our muscles with a paddle to a pristine "floating yoga studio" in the Intracoastal Waterways of Wrightsville Beach. SUP Yoga helps to build core strength, balance, and integration while cultivating awareness of the true present moment.

No equipment needed, just bring yourself! We will supply everything you need for this dreamy intracoastal adventure!

Cost: $40 per class
