Soundbath & Meditation with Cathy Jo

We will begin the event with a soothing guided meditation led by Mary Jo Vanden Wymelenberg, who will gently guide you into a state of relaxation. She will help you settle into a comfortable position, offering calming words that allow you to release any tension and prepare for a deep, restorative experience. Once you’re fully relaxed, Cathy Jo will transition into the soundbath experience, where you’ll be enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, harps, drums, gongs, and singing bowls.

What to bring - Yoga mat, pillow and blanket to be comfortable on the floor. I also recommend loose comfortable clothes.
