Running & Hiking in OH.

Family friendly event in Sep. will start by one of the most popular running events via the Air Force Marathon race in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio followed by a half day classic hike in the Hocking Hills. Registration is open now with multiple courses and levels; 5K, 10K, Half marathon, and Full marathon; spots get filled out fast!

This race is one of the very first once I completed years back, very nice and motivational sport event in a very friendly spirit. The Air Force Marathon event is highly recommended for those trying to get into sports lifestyle and wondering where and how to start!

I have signed up for the half along with my 10 years old daughter and have signed up my wife and my 12 years old son for the 10K.

A day after the race we are planning on a very early hike via the Whispering Cave trail in Hocking Hills (5 miles family friendly trail) and possibly another short trail in the afternoon.

Looking forward to be joined by others to motivate and get motivated in this classic and friendly sport event.
