JC and the Tree and the Jack Raymond Duo are coming together for a special night of music in Lorne — two acts with different styles but a shared love for honest storytelling and great songs.
JC and the Tree hail from the Sunshine Coast and create folk-rock fusion that feels both intricate and easy to listen to. Jack Raymond is a storyteller from the mountains of Victoria, now based by the ocean in Noosa. His sound is rugged and raw — a mix of blues and folk with a voice that feels like a warm campfire on a cold night. Jack’s music is inspired by his travels and the characters he’s met along the way. He’s played big festivals like Woodford and Tamworth, and has a knack for making every live show feel personal and full of heart.
