Heated pool: indoor relaxing SUP yoga + meditation: Oswestry

Fancy a chance to practice your balance and stretch in a warm and welcoming environment? Not forgetting a floating relaxation - it's powerful stuff! SUP yoga is a great way of looking after your wellbeing.

- This session is open to all abilities and will be adapted accordingly

- There are 4 x boards available and included in cost of ticket

- There is a bring-your-own-equipment option for 4 x boards and you will need to arrive 30 minutes before the session to blow up your equipment poolside (It must be clean for hygiene purposes)!

-There will be a lifeguard on duty
