What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat or similar, a pillow and blankets - anything you need to be super warm and comfy.

What do I have to do?

All you need to do is turn up, lie down and listen to the tones, vibrations and frequencies of the Gongs and other instruments.

Policies
Sometimes gong baths aren’t suitable. If you currently have any serious medical conditions: epilepsy, recent surgery or trauma to the head, have a pacemaker fitted or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, please get in touch.

Please let me know if you have any metal work in the body.
