A cruising paced ride around Brisbane Waters.
Mostly on road shoulders and shared paths, with some normal traffic roads, so you need to be comfortable cycling on the road with some passing traffic. Ride pace will be slower on the shared path sections, picking up on the road sections.

Coffee somewhere along the way or back near the start (or both?).
