Join me for a 2 hour gentle yin yoga workshop designed to help you feel calm, deeply relaxed, and de-stressed.
This slow, nourishing practice will soothe the nervous system, release built-up tension, and create space for true rest.
Yin is very different from more dynamic or flow classes — it focuses on long, supported poses, mostly seated or lying down, allowing the body to soften and open gradually. Yin also helps improve flexibility and joint mobility, supporting long-term wellbeing and preventing injuries. I’ll also guide you through gentle acupressure techniques to help ease stress and anxiety.
We’ll finish with refreshments and quiet connection, so you leave feeling grounded, restored, and ready for a really good night’s sleep.
Perfect for all levels, no yoga experience needed.
