Enjoy musical talent and sound healing by Ryan Warner with 8 quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more. Allow the healing vibrations of sound to reset your nervous system, calm your mind, and create space for clarity and intention.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed! There will be extra bolsters and mats on location.
