Welcome to SUP Club! A weekly club to help build your confidence and improve your SUP skills. Join the club and get access to free parking, showers and changing facilities, secure storage of your personal belongings, safe launch and managed, risk assessed paddles and events with qualified instructors.

Then SUP club could be for you! If you have had a lesson with us or can evidence that you are a competent paddler then why not come along and try it out?

Improve your fitness and manage your mental and physical health by getting out on the water in an instructor-led, safe and supportive environment.

What do I need to know?

These sessions are designed for people who already know how to paddle, there won’t be a lesson, and you don’t have to be perfect! You just have to know ;

How to kneel board

How to Stand up

How to steer, forward and back stroke

The 5 phases of the paddle stroke (you will learn all of this in a lesson with us)

So what don’t you need?

You do not need to be able to self rescue (but you do need to be able to swim)

You do not need your own board

You do not need your own wetsuit

You do not need your own licence (unless you bring your own board)
