Suicide Bereavement Monthly peer support group

You have been bereaved by suicide, or sudden death, would like to join our Peer Support Group, sometimes talking esp with others who have been through a similar experience can be so therapeutic.

Our group starts back on the first Wednesday evening of every month.

If your bereavement has been recent or years ago, if you are a parent, sibling, partner, or friend, your welcome.

There will be a short meditation to start, an introduction, looking at what grief means to us and so much more.
