We are expanding our teams at our Worcester service and we are currently recruiting for:

• Care Assistant's (known as Rehabilitation Assistants at Inspire Neurocare) both full-time and Bank.
• Kitchen Assistant's - full-time and part-time roles available but we are not currently recruiting for Bank Kitchen Assistant's
• Chef's - full-time positions - we may consider Bank if they fit with the service requirements.

Recruitment Open Day - FAQ's

What is the Date and the Time of the event?

This Recruitment Open Day will be taking place on Friday the 21st of November between 10am and 4pm. If you arrive before 10am or after 4pm there may not be anyone available to see you.

Is this a one off recruitment event?

Yes, at this time we are only holding one recruitment event and we do not currently have plans for additional events in the near future. If you are unable to attend the Recruitment Open Day, you can still apply for any of our vacancies through the Inspire Neurocare website. However, please note that future opportunities will depend on whether the roels remain available after the Recruitment Open Day, as many positions may be filled during the event.

Do I need to book a place, or can I walk in?

Please register your interest using the ticketing system, you will then get an update from the Recruitment Team at Inspire Neurocare to confirm if you have been booked a place. Depending on how busy the event is will depend on if we can accept walk in's, please keep an eye on our social media channels for live updates.

What roles are available?

This Recruitment Open Day is primarily focused on hiring Rehabilitation Assistants, Kitchen Assistants and Chefs, as these are the roles we are actively expanding within our Worcester service. However, Inspire Neurocare offers a wide range of rewarding career opportunities across other departments. If you are interested in exploring alternative roles or learning more about future vacancies, our team will be available throughout the event to provide information, answer questions, and discuss options that may be a great fit for you.

Bring an up-to-date CV and any relevant certificates or indentification documents

What can I expect from the day?

A friendly, informative experience where you'll learn more about our services, meet key members of the team, and take part in informal interviews if you wish.

Do you offer visa sponsorship licenses?

If you require visa sponsorship to work in the UK, we are unfortunately unable to offer sponsorship for these roles at this time.

Is experience required?

Experience in Care is welcome but is not essential - we provide full training and career development.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is free on-site parking available, please use the private car park outside of the service.
