Reclaiming Pleasure & Power: A Women’s Wellness Revolution is a full-day immersive experience designed to help women return to their bodies with safety, compassion, and joy.

Together with Dr. Kristen Poe, we will guide you through practices that dissolve shame, awaken your innate wisdom, and honor the body as a sacred space for healing and empowerment.
