Monthly Breathwork Journey
This is a monthly space to pause, breathe, and reconnect through conscious connected breathwork, a guided technique using the breath to support your body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.
In this session, you’ll be guided through a full breathwork journey, accompanied by music to support movement, release, and inner exploration. The session is held in a safe, grounded, and supportive environment, allowing you to fully immerse in your own experience while breathing alongside others.
No previous breathwork experience is required. There’s no pressure to perform, share, or have anything figured out-you’re invited to come exactly as you are.
Breathwork can support:
• Stress relief and nervous system regulation
• Emotional release and clarity
• Feeling more present, grounded, and connected
• Making space for rest, reset, and reflection
This session is open to anyone who feels the call to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the journey of their own breath.

Contraindications for conscious connected breathwork include:
• Pregnancy
• Severe cardiovascular disease or history of heart attack or stroke
• High or low blood pressure that is not well managed
• Epilepsy or history of seizures
• Bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, or other severe psychiatric conditions not currently managed with medication
• Recent surgery or significant physical injury
• Glaucoma or detached retina
• Severe asthma or other serious respiratory conditions
• Any condition where intense physical or emotional release may be unsafe
