It makes sense to also announce today, on this #NationalFitnessDay that I will be offering some ❗️💥 FREE CLASSES 💥❗️
I am SO passionate ❤️ about showing people.... ALL people, regardless of their fitness ability, confidence or their age; that we can all do things and improve our own wellbeing.
Physical and mental. 🥰
We can...to a degree... stop time⏰️ from aging the body (sometimes even reserving the effect of disease) by simply adding different types of activity or nutrition into our day to day lives.
It is possible to reverse the effects of things such as diabetes or help reduce the likelihood of issues such as heart disease.

One of the main passions I have is trying to speak up about menopause and mental wellbeing.
Women are hit really hard when our hormones start going AWOL and it can affect all of us in very different ways. 🤯

We will not only have a safe space to chat symptoms, compare notes and have themed discussions.... we will also use this time to do a mini movement class. This will be tailored to be suitable for those on this journey!
