An inspirational and free brunch event for anyone looking to gain an insight into the world of business. Throughout this event you will be hearing from inspirational speakers within this field who will cover three different topics. Below is some information on each of our speakers.

Keynote Speaker, Lisa Lloyd, is the founder of 'The Women Who Business Community' and will be discussing the topic of being self employed. Having started her own photography business almost a decade ago, with no budget and no connections, she understands how isolating entrepreneurship can be and has built a community that champions collaboration, fairness and authenticity over sales tactics and competition. Keynote Speakers, Cathy Leach and Kerry Blandford are the proud Directors of Optimec Metrology Limited, a specialist Manufacturing Company established in 2020. From their Malvern facility they manufacture, supply, service, repair and maintain soft contact lens metrology instrumentation, for the global contact lens industry. They are proud to support and promote British manufacturing with 79% of their revenue being raised from worldwide exports to over 37 countries. At this event they will be discussing the challenges women face in a asector that is exclusively male.

Keynote Speaker, Vicky Elliott, is a Learning & Compliance Manager with a passion for empowering others through purposeful leadership. As a recent graduate of the Level 7 Strategic Leadership and Management in Practice programme, Vicky brings a wealth of experience in developing people, driving operational excellence, and fostering resilient teams. During her talk, Vicky will explore how reflection on past experiences can shape authentic, values-driven leadership.
