Life In Mono: Bristol-based, dark and immersive band with sounds blending grunge, alt-rock and post-rock. All bristling with atmosphere. Drawing influences from Brutus, Portishead, Deftones and PJ Harvey. The band already have Radio 1 play under their belts and their new single “Basic Reality” is a Spotlight BBC Introducing track, the first from a new EP due early ‘25.
Recently featured on national BBC News for their contribution to the local music scene along with playing across the UK. After selling out Bristol’s Louisiana and Crofters Rights, 2024 culminated in a packed Rough Trade show with a set that reviewers described “crackled with intensity”

Free Sprits: high-energy alt rock band from Coventry and London. Formed in 2013 by Brazilian-Italian brothers Carlo & Lucas Mariani, ex-members from Hurricane #1 (Creation Records). Crafting their own blend of alternative rock with heavy guitar riffs, heartfelt lyrics, powerful beats and strong melodies to create the perfect sonic cocktail; oozing loads of punk attitude, self-belief and DIY spirit. Mix Britpop, Grunge & modern Alt Rock and you'll get a rough idea of what they're about. FFO: Nirvana, Biffy Clyro, Smashing Pumpkins to more recent underground groups like Teenage Wrist, Basement, Citizen and Title Fight.
