Welcome to Free Mental Health Social Peer Support Event!
Join us at Quaker Meeting House for a supportive gathering focused on mental well-being.
Connect with others, share experiences, and receive encouragement in a safe space.
Our event aims to foster a sense of community and understanding among peers.
Whether you need a listening ear or want to offer support, this event is for you.
Come as you are and let's navigate our mental health journeys together.
We chat on various mental health topics, watching certain videos some weeks or a talk then discuss around the topics.
Every 2nd week of the month we have ART as part of this group.
We also facilitate a WELLBEING WALKS, 9:30 am and 6:30 pm from outside the HIVE
